Refund and Return Policy

At Laser Focused Engraving & Design, we take pride in creating personalized items that are uniquely crafted just for you. Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Proofing Process:
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we require all customers to carefully review and approve their designs prior to production. Once the design is approved, we proceed with creating your one-of-a-kind piece.

Exceptions:
If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving or product defect), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your item by contacting us at engrave@laserfocusedllc.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Errors approved by the client during the proofing process
• Customer-provided information or spelling mistakes
• General dissatisfaction not related to craftsmanship or quality
